To assess the 1414 Unified Contact Center chatbot for compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the areas of artificial intelligence, informatization, personal data protection, and information security.
Key Findings
The assessment examined legal and organizational aspects of the service, including data processing practices, transparency of user interactions, and potential risks associated with the use of intelligent technologies.
Based on the materials reviewed, no significant legal obstacles to the operation of the service were identified.
Project Significance
The assessment contributes to the development of AI Governance practices, enhances legal certainty, and strengthens public trust in digital government services.
